ATTOM: U.S. foreclosure filings in first half of 2025 increased 5.8 percent over same period in 2024. Rhode Island is in the top five (5) U.S. states for largest percentage increase in foreclosure filings (51 percent). Connecticut is among the top 10 U.S. states for worst foreclosure rates (0.17 percent).
