Burhan H. Mahmud, Esq.

Burhan H. Mahmud focuses his practice in the areas of mortgage default servicing and real estate law. Burhan has worked as a real estate attorney since obtaining his license in 2021. Burhan has experience working with borrowers, lenders, and title companies on all aspects of real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Demerle & Associates, P.C., Burhan worked at a large default servicing law firm. Burhan has litigated cases ranging from employment/labor to land disputes.

Burhan attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where he obtained his B.S. in Accounting. He went on to graduate from New England Law Boston, with his Juris Doctorate in 2018. Burhan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
