Jennifer Joubert, Esq

Jennifer Joubert was first admitted to the practice of law in 2007 and has experience representing creditors in foreclosure and bankruptcy throughout her career. Jennifer also has experience with collections, evictions and title actions. Along with her representation of Creditors, Jennifer also has experience with contested litigation within the Bankruptcy Courtsand Appeals Courts up through the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

As a native of Rhode Island, Jennifer completed her undergraduate degree at Rhode Island College, and she obtained her law degree from Roger Williams Law School. Jennifer is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire as well as their Federal and Bankruptcy Courts.
